new additions to {our little farm}... baby goats

I call this {our little farm} because that is exactly what it is... the kids just call it our farm. We got 3 new little billy {boy} goats about a month ago and they are the cutest little things. They jump and kick and climb on everything... it is fun to watch them. We have been bottle feeding them... they suck that milk down so fast, it is amazing... but recently we stopped so they could get weened and just eat grass and hay. I was really worried that they would starve, but so far they are keeping their little bellies fat and happy. The older kids each have their own... Clayton's is the biggest and has the spotted ears, he named him Captain... Sadie's is black and white and she named him Jumpy.... Wyatt's is brown and is the smallest, he named him Diego. The kids are just having so much fun.

Todd Max's {Baby Blessing}

We a have a new little nephew. His name is Todd Max Huntzinger ... he belongs to Melissa & Darron. He was born on Melissa's birthday, April 3rd {what a birthday present!!!} We went out to the city for his Blessing a couple weeks ago. He is so cute ... a sweet little baby. It was fun to see everyone and visit. There is nothing like family!

Clayton's {First Grade} Jungle Party

The first grade class had a party... down at the Price Wavepool... for those kids who read at least 100 books or more. Clayton was so excited until we got into the pool.... he only stayed in about 20 minutes before he wanted out... it was so cold. All the kids had fun and no one drown thankfully.... those waves were pretty wild. I had a fun day with Clayton and I am so proud of his achievements. He got his report card and more books to read... it should be a fun summer.

 I thought these knobs were really cute so got them and decided to put them on the window in the kitchen. It turned out really cute... it just adds a little more to the mirror.

Happy Mothers Day...

 I received this adorable boot vase for mothers day from Wyatt. He painted it himself and I think it turned out great!

 Willy surprised me... by calling Shantay and Mom while they where in Vernal and asking them to buy me some flowers and a shirt. It was a great surprise and very thoughtful. I love my husband!

I have to say that I have the best children in the world!!! They make me feel so special on mothers day that I just can't feel bad. The kids are so thoughtful just like their Dad. I got some cute pictures of myself and a cupcake. I love my family.

I also have the best mother ever! I want so much to be like her... she is so wonderful... whenever I talk to people in the community they always tell me how cute and wonderful she is... and I just have to agree. I hope someday everyone will think of me the same way they think of my mother.

May {Swap}

This cute tuck is the one I got this month at Felicity's house. My Mom made it and it really turned out cute. I forgot to take a picture of the one I made. We had lots of fun visiting. We have gone back to making tucks and it is a challenge to come up with some new ideas so that we don't make the same ones that we made before. I also won the drawing which Katie made... a picture of the Eiffel Tower that she printed and ironed on... it turned out so cute. I also won the drawing that Felicity gave away... a patriotic table runner that she just didn't want any more {I will gladly take it}. I am excited for next month {except I have to figure out what to make for the drawing}.

 I have a wonderful friend, Savannah, who took pity on me and sent me a picture of the tuck I made. Aren't friends wonderful!

the 2012 Boating Season has begun...

 Willy loves boating!!! We have been out a couple times this year and boy are Willy and the kids having fun. I enjoy it until Darby gets tired of her life jacket and screams the rest of the ride until we decided to go home so she can take it off. Willy tried talking me into going on the tube... but it just isn't that warm yet. These die-hard fishermen are loving the trolling motor... but the fishing isn't very dependable.... they have caught a couple pretty good ones... which I mutilated when I tried de-boning and filleting {there wasn't much fish left to eat, lol}... next time Willy can fillet them and I will just be the cook. Happy fishing...

thinking green...thinking green...thinking green...

I am so excited for spring... I can't wait to have a green yard. I planted beans, vines, pumpkins, and some herbs early... but I didn't have a place for them so I built these shelves in my window... now my window is very full and green...{I LOVE IT}! I can't wait to plant them outside... I hope they grow when they get outside.

Little Miss {6 year old}

 Our little girl is getting big {and beautiful}. She really enjoyed her birthday this year... {and I really enjoyed it because we could have it outside and the weather was nice}. I asked Sadie what kind of cake she wanted and she said "I want a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting"... my kind of girl, lol. She got lots of barbie stuff which is exactly what she wanted. It was a fun afternoon with all the family there. {Caleb and Bailey are officially engaged}
