Bailee's Bridal Shower

It was a fun quick trip to Fillmore to join in Bailee's bridal shower. It was held outside and the weather was wonderful... we were worried because we got rained on most of the way down.

I have never seen so much lingerie at a bridal shower... she received about 30 outfits... it was funny to see her reaction. The food was amazing. I am glad we decided to make the trip... we visited with Bailee's Mom {Jodi}, her sisters, family and friends. We also got to go see the yard where the reception was going to be.

Trina's Bridal Shower

 The week after Trina got here we had a Bridal Shower for her. The wedding was in a month so we wanted to get the Bridal Shower done. It turned out really nice. We picked the color yellow... that's Trina's favorite color... and a french theme because she is French Canadian from Quebec. We played a blushing bride game {where you can't call Trina anything but the blushing bride or you lose a ring and whoever has the most at the end wins} Lisa Roberts won with the most rings... a french word game {we had to guess what french and english words go together and they were all about bridal things} Angie won with the most words... and we read some stories about Trina that her sister sent us and told some stories about Josh. The food turned out really good {cheese and artisan bread are the suggestions that we got from Tanya, Trina's sister} Mom made a sausage dip to dip french bread in and it was soooo delicious. Then she opened presents... there were so many cute things. It was lots of fun and we hope she had a good time. Good luck Trina.
