Granita Park

There is a place in the middle of nowhere,

filled with sagebrush,
clay,
fields,
sunshine,
trees,
wheel lines,
ponds,
fences,
and memories.I have been there a few times as a kid but,

Granita Park

is where Willy grew up.It was a wonderful place for his family to live.
They could shoot, ride motorcycles, hunt, swim, fish, and work.There are still tracks running up the sides of the hills
where they rode their motorcycles,
and jumps in the back yard.

It is fun to here him talk about all the things they did.Willy's grandpa Hansen sold it a few years ago.

It has changed hands a few times,
and the new owner gave us permission to go
fishing and swimming
last week which was a lot of fun.We were excited to take the kids down to see
where Daddy grew up,and they had lots of fun playing.
Fishing is one of Willy's favorite things to do.
The ponds are full of bass.
Willy and Darron both caught good sized fish.It seems timeless, not much has changed.
